In Year 3, we aim to create a positive, engaging and supportive learning environment where children are encouraged to build independence, develop resilience and enjoy their learning journey.

Our PE lessons take place on:

Please ensure your child comes to school with their named PE kit on these days.
We believe that regular home learning helps children to build confidence, strengthen their understanding and develop good learning habits.
Children are expected to complete the following activities regularly:
🐝 Read daily and discuss their reading with an adult
🐝 Complete Twinkl Spelling activities
🐝 Practise common exception words
🐝 Complete maths homework from the White Rose Maths homework books (pages will be set on Class Dojo)
🐝 Practise KIRFs (Key Instant Recall Facts), which are updated on Class Dojo
🐝 Complete any pre-learning tasks set by the teacher
🐝 Pre-learning activities can be recorded in the Home/School Communication Book
