Office Administrator - (PA to SLT & Clerk to Governors)


Working Hours: 38.5 hours per week- Term Time Only plus 5 inset days. To include 1 hour per week  to provide additional support to the Governing Body. (40 hrs outside of normal working times across the year) 

 Pay Scale 3 £19312-£19698 pro rata

Working hours  8:30am -5:00pm  + governor meetings



Meadow Green  Primary School are seeking to employ an experienced Office administrator to  ensure high quality secretarial and  administration support to ensure Meadow Green Primary School runs efficiently and effectively.


An enthusiastic, organised and motivated person is required to join a busy school office, work as PA to the Senior Leadership Team, and provide a link between the school and governors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the smooth running and coordination of Governors meetings, including acting as Clerk to the Governors and minute taking at meetings.

After School Club Play Worker (Relief)


Hours: 2.5hrs per day (12.5hrs per week)  term time only

Salary:£17,842-£18,562 pro rata (£9.25-£9.62 p/hr)

Working hours 3:00pm-5:30pm


Bees Knees After School Club are looking for a relief  play worker to work with our children in our after school club. The ideal person will be hard working, self-motivated and flexible in duties and hours and committed to safeguarding. In return for enthusiasm and a willingness to work hard, we offer a friendly working environment with opportunities to develop professionally.


A substantive post may become available later in the term.
