As our most recent Ofsted Report ( February 2024) commented:
'Pupils are happy to be a part of this welcoming and inclusive school. Pupils enjoy learning and playing together.'
'The school values of respect and resilience are understood by all pupils. Pupils use these values to enhance their learning. Overall, pupils achieve well. They also behave very well.'
Founded in 1965 to serve the community of Wythall and Wythall Heath (replacing the old school by St Mary's Church), Meadow Green is truly at the heart of our community. We are a one and a half form entry, non-denominational school catering for children between the ages of 3 and 11. Our accommodation comprises of the original classrooms which have been supplemented by additional classrooms in 2000 and 2011 as our school has grown. Our wonderful school grounds are a feature of our site with mature oak trees and extensive fields . Ofsted rate us as a Good school, but we are not content with that and strive to become even better. We strongly believe in working together with parents and our community. We hope you will enjoy the many opportunities to be involved in school life.
I look forward to welcoming you and your child to Meadow Green.
